Choosing the right Paper


Grain - Fine & Medium Dual Side Multi Purpose Works with all watercolor paint and markers for sketching, drawing and painting all of your designs. All pages are glue bound, with easy-to-tear pages. It's ideal for both large and finer detail	Permanence- Acid Free Papers made with manilla or wood contain higher acid or PH content and tend to degrade over time, becoming yellow and brittle. Archival quality watercolor papers have a neutral PH value and an “acid-free” designation. Hence, we use the finest techniques to make our paper Acid Free	Thick and Sturdy - Paper Weight 300 GSM / 140 Lb Recommended for all wet techniques. It also absorbs water more quickly than hot press paper does, allowing you to blend and play with your colors. Cold press paper is the easiest to paint on as it has a medium tooth suitable for all styles of painting and can tolerate a certain amount of corrections or lifting. Cold press sheets tend to be less absorbent making them more dimensionally stable when wet than rough sheets.
